    Instant Impact - The Science: An insight into the leading science on rapid cognition and confirmation bias. Understand what is happening in those first few seconds, why it is so important and how you can use it to create positive outcomes.

    What blocks favourable connections? Look at the impact of day-to-day contact points especially online.

    Everyday non-verbals: Which are the non-verbals that are most important for instant impact? How do you use them virtually?
